- Provide all necessary labor, materials,equipment, transportation and supervision to remove and dispose of approximately 1550 sq ft of single ply roofing membrane-flashing materials, roof insulation material, timber blocking and other related roofing material to the existing metal/concrete decking and replace with new insulation materials, multi-ply hot applied modified bitumen roofing system together with other roofing material to make a complete water tight roof system. Remove and dispose of approximately 162 LF of existing snap-on type metal coping and replace with new snap-on type metal coping and accessories to match existing. Remove and dispose of (4) roof drain domes and clamping rings and replace with new roof drains and clamping rings. Install approx. 45 LF of new paving blocks and (1) new splash block. Period of Performance 60 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. NO TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS.
