Description
A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for National Stock Number (NSN): 2915-00-276-7431NZ; Part Number: 2650611; NOUN: Housing and Piston Assembly; Quantity: Range of 1 or 2 or 3 EA; Required Delivery: Dec 07. Destination: Ship to FB2039; Size and Dimensions: 63 X 63 x 105. Predominant Material: Steel Aluminum, Fit and Function: Sequence Valve, application: F100-PW-100 Unified Fuel Control. Qualification requirements are available for this Part Number upon request. Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive Suite 1AG85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. The Government plans to negotiate a sole source contract with Honeywell International, DBA Honeywell Aerospace Division, 717 N Bendix Dr, South Bend IN 46620-1001, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, as Honeywell International is the only approved source. Due to the planned sole source action the Government does not plan to create and issue a solicitation. However, if a potential offeror requests a copy of a solicitation, the Government will create and provide one. Technical data relating to this part are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Please note that the Government is not required to delay contract award in order to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of the SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. All proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Central Time on 4 Apr 2005. The award date is estimated to be on or about 8 Apr 2005. See Government-Wide Numbered Notes 23 and 26.
