- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with The Cima Companies, 216 S. Peyton Street Alexandria, VA 22314 for continuing building insurance coverage inclusive of business personal property, other property coverage, and terrorism insurance. The OTS is located at 1700 G Street, NW, Washington, DC 20552 and is approximately 494,000 gross square feet with 7 floors and 2 parking levels. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13.105. A separate notice is not available. This is an unrestricted procurement. Proposals in response to this notice should include 1. Price Proposal?a firm fixed price for the services. 2. Technical Proposal?a complete description of the insurance proposed. 3. Past Performance Information. All questions must be submitted via email to elaine.logan@ots.treas.gov. All responsible firms may submit a written response to this notice. Oral questions and proposals will not be accepted. The OTS intends to award a firm fixed price contract only after determining The Cima Companies? proposal to be the most advantageous means of satisfying the Government?s requirement. The following clauses will apply to any contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation. 52.252-2, 52.203-1, 52-203-3, 52.203-4, 52.212-9, 52.222-3, 52.222-4, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.233-1, 52.243-1, 52.249-1, 52.217-8, 52.217-9. The period of performance will be April 15, 2005 through April 14, 2006. Proposals are due in the Procurement Office by 4:00 P.M.
