Description
The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/ Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to award a purchase order to Hunt Engineering Services, Inc. 1802 Diviney Rd, Niceville, FL 32578 to obtain their services for implementing the MAX Enterprise Facility Access and Badging System Bundle at MSIC. The contractor shall conduct a site survey to determine MSIC requirements, formulate a solution to meet these requirements, and outline the options for incorporating MAX into the existing MSIC infrastructure utilizing the current assets on site to the maximum extent possible. The contractor shall provide installation, training and software support. The MAX Enterprise badge system was developed by Hunt Engineering and no substitutions or deviations are allowed at this time. This is the system used by Redstone Arsenal and no other system would be compatible and meet post badging regulations. A firm fixed price purchase order with the terms FOB Destination is planned with delivery to the Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500. All offerors interested in submitting a quotation must fax their proposals to MSIC, Donna Tignor, FAX 256-313-7963 or email proposals to Donna Tignor at tigor@msic.dia.mil not later than 1200 noon Central Daylight Savings Time March 4, 2005.
