- The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a sole-source basis with ENERTEC America, Inc., located at 100 Deerfield Point, Alpharetta, GA 30004, to procure additional components to Airborne Solid State Recorders for simultaneous audio/video/databus recording and ancillary equipment as required by the Operational Test and Evaluation Force in Norfolk, Virginia. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.1, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The delivery date will be within 30 days from the date of award. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334511 (Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing). Contract line items are as follows: CLIN 0001, Up Converter Boxes, part number EA-4DC12-1, 4 each; CLIN 0002, Interconnect Cables for use between cameras and interface unit, 4 sets; CLIN 0003, Custom Modifications to Existing Cables, 6 each; CLIN 0004, Camera Cables (10 meters long), part number EA300247, 13 each; CLIN 0005, Camera Cables (5 meters long), part number EA300246, 6 each; CLIN 0006, 90-Degree Back Shell Connectors for J3 of VS2200, 6 each; CLIN 0007, 90-Degree Back Shell Connectors for J1 of EA-4DC12-1, 6 each; CLIN 0008, Mating Connectors for J1-J4 for the VS2000, part number NOCA522400, 2 each; CLIN 0009, FLIR Brackets, part number EA300425, 8 each; CLIN 0010, Mating Connectors, part number EA300424, 16 each; CLIN 0011, Engineering Drawings and Documentation for VS2200 and Up Converter Box System, 1 job; and CLIN 0012, Removable Hard Drive Cartridges, part number DC2200/200, 2 each.
