- This is a solicitation for a noncommercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 333411. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Item 01: RC-412 Multi-Carbon Determinator complete package unit, Unit RC-412CP, QTY 1 EA. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) N00102-05-Q-1394. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26. This acquisition is reserved for Small Business. Note 22 apply: Negotiations being conducted with Leco Corporation, St. Joseph, MI. 49085. Place of delivery is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth NH.
