- The items to procure: (a) Lever, traversing SL, NSN 1005-00-722-3850, Part Number 7793002 - Lever Assembly, traversing slide lock is manufactured from steel ASTM A108, 1018 thru 1022 or forging per MIL-S-46172 Grade D. Lever is 2.34 inches long wit h 24 internal serrations minor diameter of .375 inches and peened in place washer; (b) Ring, traversing mec, NSN 1005-00-588-3490, Part Number 5174175 ring, click, traversing mechanism is manufactured from steel, ASTM A108, 1018 thru 1022, .873 inch diam eter X .437 long. Face has 25 equally spaced notches .031 deep and ring has a turned .6980 -.0005 diameter. Phosphate coated. For use on the M122 Tripod. This solicitation will result in a 5-year firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Guaranteed minimum quantities will be stated in the solicitation. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is 11 Mar 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronicall y as will any amendments thereto.
