- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, the installation of a heating duct at the car wash facility at Dover AFB, DE. Work includes, but not limited to, the construction and installation of a heating duct, hot water piping, plumbing into an existing water heater and tying into an existing electrical system. This solicitation will be a request for quote and will be issued as 100% set aside for small business concerns. NAICS for this solicitation is 238220 and the small business size standard is $11.5M annual gross income. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The project magnitude is less than $25,000 . The entire solicitation, including the specifications and drawings, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Quotes may be submitted by facsimile or email. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
