- Provide home oxygen services for VA beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, 10000 Bay Pines Blvd., Bay Pines, Florida 33744, in accordance with terms and conditions of solicitation for a period of one year from date of award with the option of four (4) additional years. Subject to the availability of funds. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 532291, size standard is $6.0 million. This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation will be released on or about February 25, 2005. All proposals are to be submitted to the designated office by March 31, 2005.
