- The Indian Health Services plans to hire a Senior Realty Specialist to process paperwork and update and develop documents related to realty program with a Period of Performance: March 8, 2005 - March 7, 2006. Assignments to include: performing and completing new and backlogged pending realty tasks, assuring compliance with IHS, legal and new DHHS procedural requirements that are met for documents submitted from the IHS Area Office Realty Officers; requesting information and appropriate audit documentation from Area Realty Staff; providing technical assistance to Headquarters and Area Realty Staff, including recently hired realty personnel; assisting in the drafting of realty procedures and other documents; entering audit accountability data into the Health Facilities Database System; developing assets reports for auditor verification. Individual must be knowledgeable of IHS, DHHS, OMB, and GSA policies, regulations and procedures relative to real property. Individual must be familiar with all phases of owned and direct-leased realty acquisition, administration, manangement and disposal and its resulting effect on assests accountability. Working knowledge of P.L. 93-638 and P.L. 94-437 in the areas of real property, leasing and project management. Please request in writing the RFQ. No Solicitation is Available at present.
