DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. Soliciting for a ?C? contract with a quantity of 318 EA. No 100% option. Surge is not applicable. Item has critical application on heavy equipment truck tractors used by the Army. FOB point is destination. Inspection/acceptance is at origin. QAP is B02.
