Approved source(s): Federal Mogul Aviation Inc., CAGE 0AFL4, P/N FS152-1 and Delco Electronics Corp., CAGE 99974, P/N SP5611826. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP E01. Requested delivery is 120 days aro. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 124 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 62 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is March, 14 2005.
