- Solicitation SP0750-05-R3688 is a 100% Hubzone set-aside for NSN 2540-00-121-9082, Accessory Kit, Vehicle IAW TACOM drawing 19207 10871302 and all related data for a quantity of 260 KT which includes a 100% Option Quantity (possible 260 KT total) IF EXERCISED. There is a First Article Test requirement: 3 units, 60 days. Requested delivery with FAT is 210 days ADO. Requested delivery without FAT is 120 days. Delivery to a stock location. NSN requires ORIGIN inspection and acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of March 18, 2005 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. See Numbered Note(s): 9, 26 and 27.
