PRON: AX 4F5464AX, NSN: 2915-01-510-0544, P/N: HM025-082-11, NOUN: Hose Assy, Manifold, Quantity: Mininimum/15 Maximum/60 each 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to AH-64 Airframe. Production Lead-time without First Articl e Testing is 15 each 210 days after contract award with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is sole source to Robertson Aviation, L.L.C. Cage 1T765. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award . Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future sol icitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
