Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FA5000-05-T-0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20050113. Korbana Part # 83301 or equal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 2.BIB OVERALL LINED, Artic, Include reflective safety striping down legs and Electrical Arc Flash Rating of 32.2 ATPV/Cal. Korbana Part # 92200 or equal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 3.JACKET LINED, Artic, Include reflective safety striping on arms and torso, Electrical Arc Flash Rating of 35.1 ATPV/Cal. Korbana Part # 92100 or equal. Qty 4 MED, 22 LARGE, 24 X-LARGE, 4 XX-LARGE. 4.JACKET UNLINED, Electrical Hazard Rating of 11.1 ATPV/Cal. Korbana Part # JSHV1132BL or equal.
