This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HQ0028-05-R-0015 is issued as a Request for Proposals and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 dated 19 Jan 2005. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS for this acquisition is 423410; the small business threshold is 100 employees. CLIN 0001: 80 each Video Projectors, Sony Model Number VPL-PX15; CLIN 0002: 3-year extended warranty for 80 each Sony VPL-PX15; CLIN 0003: Sony manufacturer?s ?train the trainer? training for projectors and PJNet software on-site for 4 people; CLIN 0004: 75 each Ceiling Mounting Plate with projector bracket, for use with Sony VPL-PX15 projector, Chief Model Number RPA-2131 or equal. Delivery FOB destination 30 days after award to Fort George Meade, MD. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
