- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. ONE (1) TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR VACUUM TURBO PUMP WITH DIGITAL CONTROLLER. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: (1) Revise the On-line RFQ, Section 02, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (FAR 52.212-1)(JAN 2005) to read as follows: "INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS - COMMERCIAL ITEMS (FAR 52.212-1)(JAN 2005) is incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as if it were given in full text, with the exception of paragraphs (d), (h), and (i)"; (2) Revise the On-line RFQ, Section 05, ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION INFORMATION by deleting the following: "Quotes may be faxed to 256-544-9354, to the attention of Bradley Niese." (3) Answer questions submitted by offerors (see attached document entitled "Questions and Answers"). The due date for receipt of offers is extended to February 23, 2005. Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ that was posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on February 11, 2005. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
