- This announcement is for solicitation number, GS05P05GBC0022, "Filing and Other Office" services. With this service, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor to plan, schedule, and coordinate the effective performance of the following services: File storage, retrieval and management (on site) including the archiving and disposal of files as needed; Centralized supply storage, management and distribution; Receiving, including limited mail distribution and collection to or from specified drop off points; and Copying, faxing, plotter and scanner services. The contractor will also be required to provide a functional help desk, file tracking application and inventory control system. The performance period will consist of a one-year base period with four one-year options. The estimated start date is July 2005. This service will take place at the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building, 230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois. This is a negotiated procurement set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561499 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The solicitation package will only be available electronically. It will be available on or about March 7, 2005. Interested parties must access the solicitation via the FedTeDS website at www.fedteds.gov. The solicitation will not be available on the Fedbizopps website. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information.
