- GSA Southwest Supply Center is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for three (3) electronic marquees, including all necessary software, temperature probes, and installation. Please see attached RFQ document for details. Award determination will be based on the following factors: Technical Approach, Past Performance, and Price. All non-price factors are more important than price. Delivery destination is the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) in Columbus, OH.
