- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Dynix Corporation, 400 West 5050 North, Provo, UT 84604 for Hoizon Lic Cat 026-050 (12 mos); Horizon Lic Circ 026-050 (12 mos); Horizon Lic Acq Core +1 026-050 (12 mos); Hoizon Lic Pac 026-050 (12 mos); Hoizon Sybase SQL Site License (12 mos); Hip Lic Tier B 026-050 Horizon (12 mos); Seat Lic 026-050 150 Workstations (12 mos). Dynix/Horizon software is proprietary and available only through Dynix, formerly known as epixtech, Inc. They are the sole source developer, manufacturer and destributor of this library automation software. Maintenance for the Dynix/Horizon Software can only be provided by Dynix.
