- Description
- The Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the overhaul of a 50WB8913 craft also known as a Bravo Boat. This craft is 16 feet high with out mast, 50 feet long and 14 feet 8 7/8 inches wide, hoisting weight 56,400 lbs. Water displacement weight 95,100. The government will make the craft available to contractor by way of water. Contractors facility shall not be more than 50 miles by water from the Navy Boat Docks at Cherry Point, North Carolina. There will be a site visit scheduled for March 2, 2005 at Cherry Point, NC. All work shall be completed 90 days after receipt of order. This acquisition is restricted to small businesses within the immediate geographic area. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business and in under the North American Industry Classification System code is 713930 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. The Solicitation and all related documentation will be posted to the FedBizOpps. Anticipated solicitation release date 18 February 2005. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. See note 1.
