This requirement is a Base Year Plus 2-Year Option, applicable to the CH-47, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This IS a Critical Safety Item. This is a Section 8(a) Small Business Set-Aside restricted to SEI Manufacturing, Inc., Cage Code: 0FCR8. A Contractor First Article IS required. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 18 each, 400 DACA. Production Lead-time without First Art icle Testing is 18 each, 285 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 18 each, 356 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing re strictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
