- The U.S. Army ARDEC has a requirement for the following services: Item 0001: Electronic, electrical, and electromechanical engineering/manufactuing and technical support, technical assistance, management and materials in support of all munitions/weapons programs at RDECOM-ARDEC in accordance with Statement of Work dated 19 Aug 2004. This is a solicitation for commercial services and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-26 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Responses must contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. The Request for Proposal number is W15QKN-05-R-0224. Proposal preparation instructions are included in the RFP. The NAICS code is 541330. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items applies. 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and the clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. All provisions and clauses are available at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Offers will be evaluated on a basis of best value including cost, technical, management, task 1, and performance.
