- The Texas Army National Guard intends to award a multiple award performance based indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to fabricate and paint cab assemblies for tactical wheeled vehicles: M915A1 Line Haul Tractor, NSN: 2320-01-125-2640; M 916 Light Equipment Transporter (LET), NSN: 2320-01-028-4396; M917 20 Ton Dump Truck, NSN: 3805-01-028-4389; and M920 Medium Equipment Transporter (MET), NSN: 2320-01-028-4389. Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, labor, materials, services, supe rvision and personnel required to develop drawings, fabricate and paint the cab assemblies. The completed cab assemblies shall be shipped FOB Destination to TX-RSMS, 748 E. McLeroy, Saginaw, TX 76179-4606. This procurement will consist of a one-year base period starting approximately April 15, 2005 through April 14, 2006, with four option periods. We anticipate purchasing up to 100 cab assemblies per year. This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS of 332999, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. A solicitation will be issued March 8, 2005 to all responsible sources.
