- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis is for the removal of all existing carpet and cove base, and installation of new carpeting for approximately 4300 square feet on the Kentucky Air National Guard Base, Louisville, Kentucky. Contractor will remove existing carpet and cove base. Provide standard floor preparation to receive new carpet. Install appromimately 4300 square feet of LEE's Faculty Four Carpet Tile. Contractor will include cost of lifting an d moving of any furniture,systems or otherwise, in order to install carpet tiles in a professional manner. Area user's wil be consulted on color of new carpet prior to installation. Work area will be clean and free of debris at the end of each work day.
