- Description
- The purchase and installation of 5 each Temperature and Data Collection Systems to be installed on 6 ovens (2 ovens will share a system). Only quotes for new equipment will be considered. Prices shall be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Sole Source to BH Thermal (BriskHeat). Product Specifications: The supplied system shall be a Windows based data collection system. Data collected will be temperature and time, by asset. The system shall incorporate data logging and graphical ability. The data will be supplied in an MS Excel format. System shall support up to 48 data channels. It shall include all computer equipment, software, thermocouples, jacks and wiring, and installation thereof. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Reps and Certs should be completed on line at http://orca.bpn.gov. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors)(Jan 05), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items)(Jan 05) , 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items), and 52-212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items), DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation, Jan 04). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
