- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LSKC anticipates issuing a contract for the following spares applicable to the JTIDS Program: NSN: 5826-01-382-1577, Receiver Transmitter, P/N: 952-0997-059, QTY: 15 EA. This requirement is restricted to Data Link Solutions(Cage:081U3). The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 08 Mar 2005 with the approximate response date of 08 Apr 2005. The solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities web site. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)Code: 334220. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
