- The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the Replacement of Concrete Pads ? MHT, at Minot AFB ND. The work is 100% general. The statement of magnitude is $25,000 to $100.000. The work is in a restricted area. Project Solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 7 March 2005. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet: the address is http://www.eps.gov. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update their files. The North American Industry Classification System (NIACS) Code: 238110, the small business size standard is $12 million in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract; based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer.
