- Description
- The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has completed the Cost Comparison Study under the terms of OMB Circular No. A-76 (Revised), a Contractor versus Government Performance Study, to determine if the in-house FDA Clerical Support Services should be converted to a commercial service. The Performance Decision is that the Agency Tender was the lowest price, technically acceptable offer. Accordingly, the function was awarded to the FDA?s Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The total in-house price of the Government?s MEO is $91,846,950. A public review period during which all interested parties can review the MEO documents will begin on February 18, 2005 and continue through February 28, 2005. The documents will be available for review only at the following location: Food and Drug Administration, 5630 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD. 20857, and only upon written request via e-mail address to Anne Oliver at aoliver@oc.fda.gov or Leonard Grant at lgrant@oc.fda.gov.
