- Description
- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service(APHIS), International Services (IS) program, located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, has a requirement for aerial services to release sterile Mexican fruit flies (mexflies) in the Tijuana metropolitan area and Northern Tamaulipas, Mexico area. The Government intends to award a competitive commercial contract or multiple contracts resulting from the pending solicitation using trade-off evaluation procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 115112 with a size standard of $6 million. This requirement will utilize full and open competition, no small business set-asides apply.
