This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 66 days ARO. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. A Surge Plan is required.
