- This information is for solicitation SP0100-05-R-0054. The item is Slacks, Wmn?s, Blue, MC 2319. The applicable NSN for this procurement is 8410-01-525-1042(s). The purchase quantity is 8,300 prs. with One Option Year Period. The military specification is MIL-S-29432B, dtd 06/01/94 and pattern dated 9/15/04. There are 44 sizes with 9 deliveries for New Cumberland, PA. Production Lead Time is 120 Days after date of award. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric (cloth, poly/wool, Gabardine MC Shade 2319, NSN:8305-01-247-6551), which will be provided as Government Furnished Material (GFM). The solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a Best Value acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Production Demonstration Model (PDM), Experience/Past Performance, and DLA Mentoring Business Agreement. The following notes apply: 1, 9, 12 and 23. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
