- Description: See numbered notes: 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2590-01-210-2168 ? Hoist Extension Arm, exception: use drawing 12369003 for all prime and finish requirements. This item requires contractor first article test (FAT). The total quantity required is 1396 each with 274 each going to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 1122 each going to (W62G2T) Stockton, CA 95296-0130, FOB destination is requested. The solicitation also requests incremental pricing for quantities up to 3500 each and includes an option for 1396 each. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 3/9/05, hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the above issue date from DSCC-VTCD at the above web cite. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/YPE), buyer?s name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The required delivery is 195 days including time for the FAT, if Fat is waived delivery is 120 days. A written quotation is required.
