Description

2The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Installations intends to award on a sole-source basis, per FAR 6.302-1, a contract to JNB Solutions for the update of Verson 2.0 of the Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (SRM) and Facility Management System (FMS). This system upgrade will add functionality features for Defense Energy Support Center (DESC), Defense National Stockpile Center (DNSC), and Defense Automated Printing Service (DAPS) field activities use. The SRM and FMS automated tools have been developed for use by the majority of the DLA field activities, and has been a catalyst for the improvement of facilities engineering management business processes. This will enable the agency to use one common system and not maintain multiple applications. Based on market research, JNB Solutions is the only company which has developed, maintained, and provided upgrades for the SRM and FMS application.
