- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is isssuing a solicitation for the purchase of four (4) Avocent 64 port matrix switches for the DISA Eagle Lab Test Center. Solicitation HC1047-05-T-4010 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334119. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following provisions in their latest editions apply to the solicitation: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items; 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. All quotes will be evaluated on price, delivery and technical requirements. Please submit with your quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements as stated in this synopsis and will be most advantageous to the Government. Contractors submitting quotes must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) program (http://www.ccr.gov/).
