- Fresh Beef products for resale in 132 Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries assigned to DeCA's East Region to include Keflavik, Puerto Rico and Cuba. Store locations will be broken down geographically into 13 groups. One award will be made per group on an all-or-none basis. Contract type: Fixed-price Requirements Contract.
