Then, in the left-hand column, select the Solicitation Title: ?Repair TF34 HPT Rotor BP Air Seal Solicitation Technical Data?. Finally, select the executable zip file ?HPT Balance Piston Rotating Seal BID PACKAGE 2004?. To expedite the evaluation process, interested vendors are invited to submit, and the Government will accept, Source Approval Request (SAR) packages any time prior to solicitation closing, including prior to issuance of the solicitation.
