- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis wit h Polhemus, 40 Hercules Dr., Colchester, Vt 05446-6583 for VisionTrak Eye Tracking Lab complete w/eyepiece and field-of-view camera adaptable to helmet or headband, including dedicated PC loaded w/necessary proprietary hardware and Software and upgrade to belt-worn, completely untethered system, w/integral power supplies, cabling electronics and scene/data recording system. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available. See Note 22.
