- Surveillance System This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitations will not be issued. This requisition F7LGRR43210200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-25 (04 November 2004). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business; NAICS: 423410; Number of Employees: 100. Quotes are to be received by this office NLT 1400 hrs (2:00 PM CST) on 12 Jan 05. Quotes can be faxed, or e-mailed to the points of contacts listed on this notice. A site-visit has been scheduled for 3 Jan 05 at 0900 (9:00 AM) at Little Rock AFB AR. Contact SSgt Jeff W. Morris (preferably via e-mail) by 29 Dec 04 if you plan to attend. CLIN0001: Purchase and installation of surveillance cameras. Cameras must have color monitors and bulletproof housing. Cameras to be placed strategically inside and outside of building 430, to include the marshalling area. The cameras will be connected to 2 Digital Video Recording multiplexers (DVR’s); Cameras shall be viewable via a secure IP address. The system will contain 2 separate systems as specified by customer. All cabling will be concealed unless the cabling is in an open ceiling area. The DVR’s will be viewable over the network via a secure IP address.
