- REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) No. N68335-05-T-0035 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS. The RFQ and amendments if any will appear on the NAVAIR home page located at http://www.navair.navy.mil select “Doing Business”, and “Open Solicitations”. 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Small Business Set- Aside NAICs code 561320 is applicable. This procurement is for Shipboard Fire Watch Services. The requirement entails the contracted procurement of 2 people (one worker and one supervisor) for the purpose of standing fire watch during all of the shipboard hot work operations. In addition, the personnel would provide general “bag & drag” housekeeping support. The period of performance for this requirement is 02 February 2005-14 October 2005. The place of performance for this work is Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipyard, Newport News, VA. The Government is anticipating a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government will not accept electronic offers. All eligible contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database.
