- MODIFICATION. This action which was originally publicized in the FEDBIZOPS on January 24, 2005 is modified to change the requirement for Standard Form 254 and Standard Form 255. All interested firms shall submit a Standard Form 330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications, instead of the SF254 and SF255. The response date is also change from February 16, 2005 to February 25, 2005.
