- This is modification #9 to the ISAT Broad Agency Announcement BAA VS-04-07 on 30 September 2004. Add the following for clarification: ISAT BAA VS-04-07 mod #8, Paragraph C is changed from: C. Phase 4 period of performance shall remain unchanged with spacecraft ?ready to ship? to launch base date of 1 May 09, launch in early FY 2010 and supporting one year ?on orbit? test, evaluation, and experiment data extrapolation and final test report. To: C. Phase 4 period of performance shall remain unchanged with spacecraft ready to ship to launch base date of 1 May 09, launch in early FY 2010 and supporting one year on orbit test, evaluation, and experiment data extrapolation and final test report.
