- Air Force Research Laboratory, Metals, Ceramics and Nondestructive Evaluation Division (AFRL/MLL) of the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate solicits research proposals for the Metals, Ceramics, and Nondestructive Evaluation Advanced Technology (MCNEAT) Program. This is a five-year, open-ended BAA to solicit research proposals for the MCNEAT program. No proposals are appropriate for submittal against the basic BAA. Proposals will be requested via the issuance of amendments to the basic BAA. The overall objective of this program is to provide AFRL/MLL with a procurement vehicle for executing anticipated and unanticipated appropriations and urgent requirements for emerging technical areas of interest and relevance in the three technology areas indicated.
