- The quote is amended to delete the Numbered Note #1. This NSN: 4510-01-LG8-7461, Shower, Marine type, corner unit, IAW drawing FL-3601-68, overall dimension: 30? X 30? X 84? high overall including sub base, walls to be 18 gauge 304 SST, single wall construction with watertight lap joints. Units to be polished to #4 satin finish. Shower to be provided with 1? diameter curtain rod. NSN: 4510-01-LG8-7458, Lavatory, wall mounted, 14 gauges seamless, type 304 SST material. Rectangular basin with 1 ?? radius vertical and horizontal covered corners, and 1 ?? rolled rims. Lavatory overall size: 21? long X 17 ?? wide with 12? high back splash. Inside surface #4 satin finish. Bowl bottom has depressed hole for 3? standard drain fitting with 1 1/4?, O.D. tail pipe. Bowl to be rectangular shape 18? long X 14? wide front to back X 12? deep. Just Mfg. Model ESSB-2118-C or equal. NSN 4510-01-LG4-9333, Lavatory bowl, under counter model, 18 gauge, 304 SST material, suitable for welding into stainless steel top. Oval shaped bowl, 15 ?? wide X 11 ?? front to back X 6? deep with a 1? flange around top. Bowl furnished with over flow tube and fitting. Bottom of bowl to have depressed hole for 1?? standard drain fitting. Inside surface polished to a #4 satin finish. Just Mfg. Model UOF-1619WO or equal. NSN: 4510-01-LG8-7568, Shower, Marine type, IAW drawing. FL3601-68 (Drawing can be supplied), dimensions: 30? X 30? X 84? high overall, including sub base. Single wall construction of 18 gauge, 304 SST, with watertight lap joints. Units to be polished to #4 satin finish. NSN: 4510-01-LG8-7460, Urinal, vitreous china white with urinal flush valve and 1 ?? gravity drain. Limiting dimension: 18? high X 12 ?? wide X 12 ?? deep. American Standard Model: Maybrook 1.0 or equal. In addition to the above items, provisioning data should be included with each item. The salient characteristics will be further detailed in the solicitation. If offering an ?or equal? offerors are required to submit information, with their quote, regarding their offered product to demonstrate that the proposed ?or equal? products meets all the salients included for all items. There will be various lavatory items outlined in the solicitation, along with requirements for Data for Provisioning, Contractor?s Commercial Warranty and Engineering Documentation Package. A requirements type contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years is anticipated. Award will be made on an all or none basis. Delivery shall be 30-60 calendar days after issuance of a delivery order and shall be delivered to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistic Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Rd., Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The solicitation should be available for downloading on or about November 23, 2004. It will be the contractor?s responsibility to check FedBizOpps on a regular basis for the quotation.
