- R- Follow On Work For Management Analysis Services on a Sole Source Basis Needed for Government's Continuity of Services The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) wishes to announce its intent to sole source a follow on contract to Amy Mellin to continue to provide management analysis services. Ms. Mellin is uniquely qualified to perform this work because of the valuable knowledge gained regarding the agency?s procedures in many areas. She is currently assisting management with her writing on the agency?s Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP). This contract is to be sole-sourced because the current work she is performing is a document mandated by federal requirements and implementation of the initiatives will be enhanced by continuing with the same contractor, for reasons of unique qualifications and the avoidance of an untimely delay in the implementation of an agency-wide plan. The estimated cost of this work not to exceed $30,000. This announcement is for notification purposes only, no offers to perform work are anticipated or requested.
