- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to solicit on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements for the procurement of a follow-on contract for unique NGA-specific services to support two remaining sessions of NGA next-generation executive development, Leading Culture by Design from the Center for Executive Development, Inc. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses must be received within 5 calendar days of the publication in Fedbizopps. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of this Government.
