- Description
- The Government will host a Pre-solicitation Conference in Washington, DC on March 3, 2005, beginning at 10:00 am. The Government will brief industry on how it expects the acquisition to proceed. The Government will answer as many questions as possible from those that are submitted by e-mail to Ms. Kelley West (Kelley.West@gsa.gov). The Government may allow questions from the floor during the conference. If a contractor wishes to attend, notice must be provided by e-mail to Ms. West at fts.r10acquisition@gsa.gov no later than 4:00 PM, February 28, 2005. Ms. West will respond with directions on the location of the conference and other pertinent information. The Government is soliciting comments on the DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Specifically, the Government would appreciate comments on the following: 1. Are the services in the RFP ?commercial item? services as defined by FAR 2.101? 2. Will you have access to the information you will need to Firm-Fixed-Price blocks 23 and 24 of each line item? 3. How much time will be necessary to transition from the incumbent contractor to the successful offeror? 4. What questions do you have regarding the draft RFP?
