Description
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Management, Superfund/RCRA Regional Procurement Operations Division, Washington, DC, is seeking potential qualified 8(a), contractors/vendors for Warehouse Operations support in EPA's Region 8 located in Denver, Colorado. The Government intends to award a contract by August 25, 2005. The anticipated NAICS code for this procurement is 493190. The potential contractor will be responsible for inventory management of equipment including but not limited to the following list: http://www.epa.gov/oamsrpod/ersc/start/eoe.pdf The major tasking areas include warehouse operations support (e.g., receiving, shipping/delivery, inventory control, disposal, property management, cleaning), transportation, and vehicle management associated with emergency, counter terrorism and hazardous material responses. The contractor shall be available on a 24-hour, seven day per week basis throughout Region 8 (Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming). The facility will be Government owned and will be provided to the contractor. The Government anticipates awarding a five year fixed-labor rate contract and the total labor is estimated at $101,140 per year. Interested contractors must demonstrate in their response experience in warehouse operations and management and experience with emergency response equipment, in addition to experience related to the draft Statement of Work posted at www.epa.gov/oam/srpod/index.htm All responses are limited to 10 pages, including attachments, on 8 X 11 pages, 12 font (pitch) written in English.
