- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to procure COTS tools/solution set(s) in support of Marine Corps Enterprise Information Technology Services (MCEITS) Data Management Platform. This notice is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the attached RFP instructions. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6785405R4917 is being issued as a best value Request for Proposal (RFP). A firm fixed-price proposal is required and shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements identified in the attached RFP instructions. A completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items must be submitted with proposals. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, and DFARS 52.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items apply. The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-26 dated 19 January 2005. Additional terms, conditions and evaluation criteria are contained in the attached RFP instructions. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-A7. All future notices and updates (except for amendments) regarding this requirement will be posted to the following website: http://www.marcorsyscom.usmc.mil/sites/itm2k/projects/MCEITS_DMP/MCEITS-DMP-MAIN.asp. It is each vendor?s responsibility to monitor the website for updates. No further information related to this requirement, other than amendments to this notice, will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS.
