- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a contract to Goodrich Corporation, Engineered Polymer Products Division, 6061 BFGoodrich Boulevard, Blount Island, Jacksonville, Florida 32226 for the fabrication, assembly, and test of a Sonar Dome Composite Window (SDCW). Contract award is anticipated in late second quarter FY 2005 with an intended duration through FY 2006. This is not a request for proposals, nor a promise to issue a request for proposals. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
